Safety Systems and Reliability Engineer

Candidate responsibilities:

1. Evaluate safety documentation provided by System Design Responsible (SDR) to show compliance with the Safety Requirements.
2. To liaise with SDR to establish the applicable Safety Requirements and Means of compliances.
3. To attend several National and International Certification Programs as Safety Specialist.

Candidate qualifications & experience:

• A degree (Bsc or Msc) in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in safety in aviation industry
• English spoken and written minimum B2 level
• Good knowledge of one or more systems: Avionic, Electrical, Fuel, Environmental Control, and/or Hydraulic
• Knowledge of SAE ARP4761 and ARP4754A
• Knowledge of Safety Analyses, FHA, SFHA, PASA, FMEA, CMA, PRA, Zonal, Reliability Predictions, DAL Allocations.
• Knowledge of civil aviation regulations (CS23, CS25, CS27 or CS29) as well as military aviation regulations (EMACC, MIL-HDBK 516, MIL-STD 882, MIL-HDBK 338, MIL-HDBK 217F).
